Help somehow corrupted Index Composition watchlist

   Firstly, I click F8 to reveal Control Panel,then > Security manager (watchlists).

When I click "+ sign" to reveal  files in the Index Composition folder I see not indices but  just company names.. eg, top of the list is Australian Agricultural Company.

When I click on Australian Agricultural Company I get a list:

XAO
XAT
XJO
XKO
XSJ
XSO

Weird. I don't know how I did it. Just noticed it this last week. It used to be just a nice list of indices.. click on one, and you got the companies that compose it.

Is theer anyway I can restore this to its correct composition without reinstalling teh software... frightened of losing some Bullscans etc.
