How can I make the RSC indicator into an oscillator?

At the moment it's not possible.

The RSC requires two separate data sets to calculate, and BullScript currently works by processing a single data set at a time. So at the moment the RSC is done specially (which is also why it isn't listed with the rest of the indicators).

This is currently scheduled to be improved over the next few months. Once that's added you'll be able to do all sorts of stuff, including RSC scanning.
