Important Notice re Weinstein scan

   A problem with the Weinstein scan has been reported. Unfortunately we
are not able to easily correct it at this time, and so we are going to
withdraw it from the program for now. 

Specifically it does not use the Relative Strength Comparison that is
required by Weinstein. The current version of BullScan does not support
RSC scans - but we plan to support it in the future, and will
reintroduce Weinstein at that time.
