BC not remembering tab positions |

Hi Peter, it looks like BC 3 still does not remember customerised tab positions. It remembers alphabetical ordering though.
In my sectors workspace I like to rank the sectors based on their relative strengh so that the strongest sector lies on the far left and weakest sector lies on the right. That's why I'm keen to see this bug fixed. |

When BC opens a workspace, the tabs are positioned in a seemingly
random order. So I arranged them in a certain order, but the tabs go
into random order again after I re-open the workspace.
