You need to copy them from the \Scans folder into the \CustomScans folder.

BullScan has been updated so that for all future updates of BullChartsno special steps will be required to copy scans over. For more details,check out the Understanding BullScan Folders document.

Since upgrading Bullcharts yesterday my custom scans no longer appear in the scan manager.  If I look in the scan subdirectory they are there, but they refuse to come out and playCry.  How can fix?
