That sounds like a bug. 
The Fundamentals option should be available, but the Indicator Signal shouldn't be (it should only appear in the first step).
We'll be releasing another beta shortly, so I'll fix it in that.

I am trying to set the criteria for step 3. Second Value. When I selectthe dropdown box and select 'Is an indicator signal' I am presentedwith a list of Fundamentals.
