I found this Googling:
"QStick from Tushar Chande. This indicator measures intraday momentum by
   using the distance between the open and close of price over "n periods".
   It is set at the default ( 8 ) periods that Chande suggest."
 
I haven't used it so far myself, but thanks for bringing it to my attention.

As I like candle stick charting I am trying different values on the Q Stick momentum indicator. Currently trying 13 as opposed to the preset 24. Anyone else tried different values or even uses Q Stick?
