Hi all,

*** UPDATE ***

I (and another user in Melbourne) continued to have problems with Trend Micro Titanium.

We have both removed it.

I am now using the free AVG, and the problems have gone away.

So, until someone has positive experiences running Trend Micro Titanium with BullCharts, it might be best to use another AV product.

Hi all,

Over the last few weeks we have found that the Trend Micro Titanium anti-virus software causes conflicts with BullCharts and the Microsoft SQL Server database.

This has affected a couple of users.

At this stage there is no proven solution.

So, it is recommended that you do NOT use Trend Micro Titanium software.
