Yes, it's the slow one.
To use the fast one, set "% Slowing Periods" to 1.

TheStochastic Oscillator in Bullcharts is the slow one by default isntit?  I tried to make it fast by setting the "%K Slowing Periods"to 0, but apparently the software does not allow that.
