Author: Alex
Subject: 407
Posted: 27 Jan 2007 at 9:46am

The lack of an undo feature in BullCharts has probably led to the frustration of most users at some stage....not the least being myself following the development of a chart and accompanying indicators over a number of sessions and then accidently deleting the chart .

Knowing that my copy of BullCharts is preferenced to "Remember workspace between sessions", I needed a way to reload my last session without saving the current session. In this regard I sought to start a second copy of BullCharts which gave the notice that....only one copy can be run at a time....do you wish to close and reopen etc. I selected "yes" which opened the new copy of BullCharts with my previous workspace and chart still intact .....assumably under this arrangement BullCharts does not save the current workspace before it reopens.

Naturally the moral is to save any template under development....however, to the developers at BullCharts....in the absence of an undo feature, can we have as a minimum a "Prompt to confirm before deleting any chart" (similar to the changing symbol prompt) in the Preferences .
