The ability exists to scroll charts vertically by unlocking the right scale.  But if scrolling the time scale when in this mode, the bottom of the chart runs off the screen and it is necessary to relock and then unlock the right scale.

Would it be possible to have something similar to the time scale selection (spaces to the right), in which space above, in $, can be adjusted?
