Steps to add auto-trendline:
  1. Open the Insert menu and select Indicator
  2. Select the "Trendline -Zig Zag" indicator
  3. Press Finish
The Trendline ZigZag indicator uses the ZigZag indicator to locate peaks and troughs.

If the last peak is lower than the second last peak then a downslopingtrendline is drawn through the peaks. And if the last trough is higherthan the second last trough then an upsloping trendline is drawnthrough the troughs. (Note: The indicator will not always be able tofind a suitable trendline)

Also, if you open the properties for the indicator and go to the style tab, then you can display the underlying zigzags.
