right click on the price axis of your chart, and click on 'Price Axis Properties', then uncheck 'Auto Scale' click apply, and you can now vertically move your chart up and down.

Well i trialed alot of software when looking for a charting program and bullcharts headed that list by far !!!

i have one question,

is it possible to move the chart up and down like you can move the chart left and right ?

this is especially helpfull for me to plot project price targets etc
